I'm a software engineer and technical lead from Bangladesh, focused on WordPress products and product engineering. Most of my work lives inside plugins that thousands of businesses run every day.

The work

For years I've worked on Fluent Forms and other products at WPManageNinja — a WordPress form builder used on 700K+ active sites. I've built and maintained large parts of it: form architecture, payments, conversational forms, quizzes, inventory and save-and-resume systems, validation across PHP / JavaScript / REST, and a long list of SaaS integrations. More recently, FluentPlayer — turning a video player into an interactive, measurable system.

Maintaining software at that scale teaches things a greenfield project never will — backward compatibility, migration safety, and how a small architectural shortcut turns expensive once hundreds of thousands of sites depend on it. That's most of what I write about here.

Beyond the plugin

I also build independent projects, like JanteChai, a Bengali AI answer engine — and experiment with developer tooling and AI-assisted development, and teach. The through-line is the same: designing systems that stay maintainable as they grow.

Why this site

Companies and products change. This is a single place to keep the knowledge, decisions, and case studies that make up my work — independent of any one employer — so the thinking is easy to evaluate on its own terms.
